Employee name personalization on company polos
Right-chest names make a uniform polo feel assigned, and they cut down on shirt swapping. Battle Born Clothing embroiders names in-house and quotes personalization per job.
How it works
- You send a spreadsheet: name as it should appear, shirt size, and (if used) title or department.
- We confirm the font, letter height and thread color on the proof along with your logo.
- Each polo is stitched with its name and bagged or tagged by name so handout is easy.
Pricing
Names are quoted per job because the price depends on quantity and whether the text is one line or two. There is no digitizing fee for standard block or script fonts. The logo on the same shirt still follows the left-chest embroidery schedule.
Specs we recommend
| Spec | Default |
|---|---|
| Location | Right chest, level with the left-chest logo |
| Letter height | 0.35 to 0.5 in |
| Font | Block or a clean script; we match your logo's feel |
| Characters | Up to about 14 per line on a 4-in-wide area |
| Lines | One line (name) or two (name + title) |
Reorders
We keep your logo file and name specs on file. New hires can be added in small batches; 1 to 11 pieces are priced as a 12-23 tier job plus the name. Say 'reorder' on the quote form and reference your last job.
Questions
Can you do names on customer-supplied polos?
Yes. Customer-supplied goods carry a $2 per item handling fee, and we note the industry-standard 4% spoilage allowance up front. We aim for zero.
How should I send the name list?
A spreadsheet or CSV with columns for name, size, and style. Double-check spelling; we stitch what is on the list.
