Add $18.99 one-time digitizing per design. Designs over 6,000 stitches are quoted per design. There is no minimum; 12 to 23 pieces is priced at the top tier. Blank prices are listed on each product page or quoted per job.
Size and placement
- Standard left-chest logo: 3 to 4 inches wide, placed about 7 to 8 inches down from the shoulder seam and centered over the left chest.
- Smallest readable letter height: about 0.25 inch. Smaller text gets simplified on the proof.
- Above a pocket (pocket polos like the Carhartt CT106880): 2.5 to 3 inches wide.
- Women's cuts: same logo file, placed slightly higher and closer to center.
Thread and backing
We run Rapos polyester thread, which holds color through commercial washing. Backing is cutaway on performance knits and tear-away or cutaway on pique depending on the logo. We hoop with Maggie magnetic frames, which leave no hoop burn on soft knits.
What to send
- Logo file: vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) preferred; a 300 dpi PNG is fine.
- Thread colors: PMS numbers if you have them, or we match to your file.
- Quantity, style, shirt color and size breakdown.
- Placement notes if anything differs from standard left chest.

How many stitches is a typical left-chest logo?
Most logos 3 to 4 inches wide land between 4,000 and 7,000 stitches. Simple wordmarks run lower. Anything over 6,000 is quoted per design.
Can you match my exact brand color?
We match thread to PMS numbers as closely as the thread line allows and show the thread colors on the proof. Exact matches are not always possible; we tell you up front if a color is a near match.
Is there a minimum order?
