Is there a minimum order?
No. Battle Born Clothing has no hard minimum on embroidery. Orders of 1 to 23 pieces are priced at the 12-23 tier.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. Rush is quoted per job.
Where are the polos embroidered?
In-house at Battle Born Clothing, 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV, on two single-head commercial embroidery machines. We ship nationwide.
What is Company Polo Co.?
Company Polo Co. is a brand of Battle Born Clothing focused on embroidered company polos and uniform polo programs. Quotes, proofs and production all come from the Battle Born Clothing shop.
Which polo do you recommend for a uniform program?
The Port Authority K500 (and L500 women's) for offices, and the Sport-Tek ST650 or Port Authority K540 for field staff. See the cotton vs performance guide for why.
Can you embroider Nike, OGIO or Carhartt polos?
Yes. Battle Born Clothing is an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO. Those blanks are quoted per job because the brands set minimum advertised prices.
What file should I send for my logo?
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is best. A 300 dpi PNG works. We send a digital proof before stitching anything.
What does digitizing cost?
$18.99 one-time per design, standard 2-day. The file is kept for reorders.
How big is a left-chest logo?
3 to 4 inches wide, centered over the left chest. Text should be at least 0.25 inch tall.
Do you charge more for 2XL and up?
The blank carries the maker's upcharge, $1-7 per shirt by size. The embroidery rate is the same for every size.
Can I mix men's and women's polos in one order?
Yes. Mixed styles, cuts, colors and sizes all count toward one quantity tier for embroidery.
Can you add names to each polo?
Yes. Right-chest names are quoted per job. Send a spreadsheet with names and sizes.
Can you embroider on polos I supply?
Yes. Customer-supplied goods carry a $2 per item handling fee. We note the industry-standard 4% spoilage allowance up front and aim for zero.
Do you run company online stores?
No. We recommend a batch reorder program instead; our guide explains how to run one without a webstore.
What if there is a mistake?
If the error is ours, we redo it free. That is why every job gets a proof first.
Can you screen print polos instead of embroidering them?
Yes, for large event runs. At 48 pieces a 1-color print is $4.34 plus $0.25 flash per location, plus $20 per screen. We still recommend embroidery for true uniforms.
How do you quote?
Send artwork, quantity, style, colors and sizes through the quote form. Quotes usually go out the same business day.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Give us the split on the quote and we price shipping per destination.
Do you keep our logo for reorders?
